Beko Kamin-Dicht (mpn 230 8 310) is a heat-resistant special sealant. The sealant is ready to use, offers excellent adhesion and no cracking after curing. The product can be used with a standard cartridge press, is easy to dispense and easy to apply. The sealant is suitable for a wide range of applications. The technical data can be found in the data sheet in the "Downloads" section.

  • For joint sealing on boilers and chimneys, as well as on furnaces and other areas with high temperatures
  • Fire resistant sealing between building elements

Processing

The joint flanks must be load-bearing, dry and free of dust and grease. If necessary, clean with beko Allclean. Correct joint dimensioning of 5 to 15 mm and appropriate pre-treatment are necessary for perfect sealing. Slightly moisten absorbent substrates. Apply beko Kamin-Dicht to the joint under flank pressure. Due to the large number of different substrates, an adhesion and compatibility test is recommended prior to application. To avoid bubble formation, beko Kamin-Dicht should be warmed up slowly. The surface can be cleaned with water after curing.
