Beko TecLine Bitumen Primer (mpn 236 3 600) is a black, sprayable adhesion promoter. It dries quickly, is easy to use and allows work to continue quickly. Thanks to the spray can, the primer can be applied selectively. Bitumen Primer is suitable for a wide range of applications. The technical data can be found in the data sheet in the "Downloads" section.

Application areas

  • Provides a very good bonding surface on difficult as well as on porous substrates
  • For laying bitumen membranes
  • Applicable on metal, concrete, stone, wood and bitumen membranes
  • Connection areas of all kinds, ideal for transitions between metal and bitumen roofing in the roof or flat roof area
  • As a protective layer on metal, concrete, stone and wood

Processing

The surfaces must be clean, free of silicone and grease, dust-free and dry. Shake can well before use. Spray the surface from a distance of approx. 30 to 40 cm. When used as an adhesion promoter, the above processing and a flash-off time of at least one hour must be observed. If a protective layer is to be applied with beko Bitumen Primer, this requires at least two coats. It must be ensured that the first coat is completely dry before the next coat is sprayed on; preliminary tests are required!
