The Offgridtec MPPT Pro-Duo (MPN 1-01-011200) is an innovative high-end solar controller that was essentially designed for mobile applications. A variety of different board battery types can be charged via the primary charging output (BATT-1). The battery spectrum ranges from AGM, GEL and liquid lead acid to state-of-the-art LiFePO4 and Li-NiCoMn battery systems. Intelligent energy saver
If there is no manual operation for an extended period of time and charging conditions are not present, the MPPT-Pro Duo will switch to energy saving mode, reducing the unit's energy consumption to a minimum. This behaviour also reduces wear and tear on the unit, which is reflected in a significantly longer service life. The system parameters are displayed and set directly via the intuitive control panel on the controller or via the MT11 remote control (accessory).
System communication and protection functions

The connection kit included in the scope of delivery offers everything needed for a quick start-up of the mobile solar set. Each fsp-2 has a 6.0m connection cable, which is equipped with a high-quality Anderson connector at the end. Matching to this, a second 0.5m connection cable is included, which is screwed directly to the solar input of the charge controller, and is also equipped with an Anderson connector on the other side. So you can quickly connect or disconnect the controller at any time via the Anderson connectors without having to unscrew the cables from the charge controller.
For the connection of the charge controller to your battery, a 1 meter long plug & play connection cable is also included. Die Offgridtec® HomePremium Serie ist ein wahrer Alleskönner zu einem unschlagbaren Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Neben der Verwendung als USV Backup Lösung mit der Auswahl zwischen Netz- und Batterievorrang, lässt sich dieses PV-System genauso gut als Eigenverbrauchsanlage verwenden. Der Leistungsfähigkeit dieser Solaranlage sind dabei kaum Grenzen gesetzt – je nach persönlichem Bedarf und auf Anfrage sind Erweiterungen, sowohl Modul- als auch akkuseitig möglich. Wird am Wechselrichter eine höhere Ausgangsleistung benötigt können hier ebenfalls weitere gleiche Geräte zur Leistungssteigerung hinzugeschalten werden.
Neben der Leistungselektronik, dem Speicher und den Solarmodulen gehören sämtliche für den Anschluss benötigten Komponenten ebenfalls zum Lieferumfang, mit Ausnahme der Solarmodulhalter, welche separat bestellt werden muss. Alle übrigen Komponenten sind Plug and Play – das bedeutet keine lästige Steckermontage oder dergleichen – anschließen und fertig. Je nach Auswahl wird das System mit oder ohne Stromzähler geliefert.

Die Lieferung des HomePremium-Systems erfolgt wahlweise mit oder ohne Victron Stromzähler und Kabel, wobei für den Aufbau eines Energy Storage Systems jeweils zwingend ein Energiezähler mit Anschlusskabel erforderlich ist.
Mit diesem Stromzähler kannst du eine netzparallele Installation vornehmen und danach deinen Energieverbrauch überwachen, bzw. deine Energiekosten kontrollieren. Dank der Phasenkompensation könntest du sogar den 3-phasigen Zähler auch für 1-phasige Systeme nutzen. Damit sind nahtlose Integrationen von dezentralen Energiequellen und Verbrauchern in das bestehende Stromnetz kein Problem.

Der MultiPlus-II bietet unterbrechungsfreien Betrieb, indem er bei Netzausfällen oder Unterbrechungen des Land-/Generatorstroms automatisch die Versorgung der Verbraucher übernimmt. Die Umschaltung erfolgt in weniger als 20 Millisekunden, um einen kontinuierlichen Betrieb von elektronischen Geräten zu gewährleisten. Ein zweiter Ausgang liefert Strom nur bei vorhandenem Wechselstrom am Eingang des MultiPlus-II. Dies ermöglicht den Anschluss von Verbrauchern wie einem Wassererhitzer, die nicht von der Batterie entladen werden sollen.

Hybrid-Wechselrichter
Im Gegensatz zu herkömmlichen Wechselrichtern können Hybrid-Wechselrichter den erzeugten Strom aus der Solaranlage nicht nur in das Stromnetz einspeisen, sondern auch in Batterien speichern. Dadurch wird der Solarstrom auch dann verfügbar, wenn die Sonne nicht scheint. Ein weiteres Merkmal von Hybrid-Wechselrichtern ist ihre Fähigkeit, den Stromverbrauch eines Haushalts zu optimieren, indem sie den Solarstrom bevorzugt direkt im Haushalt nutzen, bevor er ins Netz eingespeist wird.
Aktive Sicherheit mit AFCI-Funktion
Bei einem Arc Fault Circuit Interrupter handelt es sich um eine Fehlerlichtbogen-Schutzeinrichtung. Sie schützt Stromkreise bei Störlichtbögen und agiert in der Niederspannungsinstallation als Schutzschalter gegen Kontaktfehler. Dieser analysiert, neben seinem Schutz, Strom- und Spannungsverläufe mittels digitaler Signalverarbeitung und unterbricht Stromkreise bei Störsignaturen. Umgangssprachlich wird der AFCI auch Brandschutzschalter genannt, da durch eigehende Signale Überhitzungen an schlechten Kontaktstellen oder bei Überschlägen zwischen zwei Leitern, Brände verhindert werden können.
Zwei MPP-Tracker für optimale Solar-Erträge
Mit der Maximum Power Point Tracker Technologie wird der bestmögliche Ertrag einer Solaranlage generiert. Der MPPT stellt dabei im Tagesverlauf das optimale Verhältnis zwischen Bestrahlungsstärke, Temperatur am Modul und Solarzellentyp fest. Durch die zwei MPP-Tracker im MID-Inverter kann der optimale Arbeitspunkt für die zwei PV-Stränge getrennt voneinander optimiert werden. Die beiden Tracker arbeiten unabhängig voneinander und so hätte z.B. eine Verschattung bei einem Strang keinen Einfluss auf den zweiten.
Betriebs-Modi - Je nach System-Anforderungen konfigurierbar
Arbeitsmodus: Wenn die Anforderungen für di Netzverbindung erfüllt sind - die Gleichstromspannung ist größer als 200V und die Netzspannung und -Frequenz liegen im zulässigen Bereich, wird der Wechselrichter die von den Solarpanelen erzeugte Gleichstromleistung in Wechselstromleistung umwandeln und sie mit der grünen LED-Anzeige ins Netz einspeisen. Wenn die Gleichstromspannung unter 160V fällt, wird der Wechselrichter automatisch von der Netzverbindung getrennt und den Betriebsmodus verlassen. Er wird automatisch in den Betriebsmodus zurückkehren und sich wieder mit dem Netz verbinden, sobald die Anforderungen erfüllt sind.
Fehlermodus: Wenn eine unerwartete Situation auftritt, wie zum Beispiel ein Systemausfall oder ein Wechselrichterausfall, wird der Wechselrichter die Fehlermeldung auf den Bildschirm anzeigen. Im Fehlermodus wird die blattförmige Anzeige rot leuchten und der Wechselrichter wird vom netz getrennt.
Abschaltmodus: Wenn die PV-Leistung unzureichend ist oder keine PV-Leistung erzeugt wird, wird der Wechselrichter automatisch heruntergefahren. Im Abschaltmodus verbraucht der Wechselrichter keine Energie aus dem netz oder den Solarpanelen und das Display, sowie die Anzeigen werden ausgeschaltet.
