Jinko Tiger N-type 60tr (mpn jkm370n-6tl3) is a 370w solar module with monocrystalline cells and N-type technology. The solar cells use multi-busbar technology, with this, the loss due to microcracks has been efficiently reduced, the current transmission path has been reduced by 50%, and the cell efficiency has been improved. The module is manufactured with the Tiling Ribbon process and Hot 2.0 technology.
The Jinko Solarmodule is certified for use in wind and snow loads up to 2400 Pa and 5400 Pa, respectively, and for its high salt and ammonia resistance. The tempered front glass with high light transmission and low iron content has a thickness of 3.2mm and anti-reflective coating. The frame has an anodized aluminum alloy.

What is the Tiling Ribbon (tr method)?
The Tiling Ribbon method is a connection method for solar cells. In this method, the cells of the Tiger module are connected to each other like shingles. The connection is made by a flat pressing, in which a connector is incorporated. This gives the individual cells greater elasticity and stability, which can prevent microcracks. The transition from one cell to another through the connector is called a "ribbon".
In Jinko's previous module series, square ribbons were still used. For the Tiger series, round Ribbon was developed, which reduces the loss at the cell transition. The sun's rays are therefore no longer reflected, but hit the solar cell directly.
N-type technology
Compared to P-type products, N-type cells, which are used with a different doping technology, perform better in power loss. The significant increase in bifacial factor and optimization of operating temperature also bring higher power gain. When it comes to the LCOE value (cost of electricity), the analysis result has significantly reduced compared to conventional P-type modules.
hot 2.0 technology
Efficient passivation contact technology is applied in hot 2.0 cells, which updates micro-nano-tunneling through the oxide layer and carrier-selective lamination of microcrystalline silicon thin films on the backside. This advanced structure contributes to better passivation performance and electrical conductivity, increasing cell efficiency and power generation performance. Under the conditions of mass production, the maximum efficiency of N-type hot2.0 cell is over 21%, and has a wide application prospect in the near future.
