Reliable Insulation and Protection

When heated, the tubing shrinks evenly and fits snugly around the cable or connection point. This reliably insulates exposed areas while protecting them from moisture, dust, UV radiation, and corrosion. The flame-retardant material is halogen-free and free of PBB, PBBO, and PBBE. The lead content is less than 10 ppm, and the cadmium content is less than 5 ppm.

Easy to Use

The shrinking process begins at a temperature of approximately 70 °C. A temperature of at least 100 °C is recommended for complete shrinkage. This allows the heat-shrink tubing to be easily applied using a heat gun or a comparable hot-air tool. It can be easily cut to the required length prior to installation.
