Our promise of delivery

Delivery time information that is synchronized in real time with our merchandise management system and ist thus always up-to-date
Prompt transmission of the tracking number and status reports on the order in your customer account
We ship our packages with our premium service providers DHL and UPS. We ship our freight forwarding deliveries with our partners Dachser, DB-Schenker, as well as Kühne + Nagel
In case of short-term lack of availability in our own warehouse, we will ship your order via one of our dropshipping partners (e.g. Amazon), if possible

Shipping time information in the online store

Shipping time 1-3 working days

Parcel shipments

Items marked with shipping time 1-3 business days are in one of our warehouses ready for immediate shipment. Once your order is packed in the warehouse, you will automatically receive a tracking number to track your shipment.

As a rule, parcel shipments can be delivered by the shipping service provider within 1-3 business days after leaving our warehouse.

Forwarding shipments

For pallet goods ordered before 2 p.m., shipping usually takes place within 48 hours. As soon as we have handed over the order to our premium logistics partner, they will notify you of the delivery date. A mail address or phone phone number is mandatory for shipping, please always include this when ordering larger products. this is the only way to ensure the shipment within the specified time.

If the customer is well reachable the shipment within Germany can usually be delivered within 1 to 3 working days. For forwarding shipments to other EU countries, 3-6 business days must be planned.

Shipping time 2-5 working days

Items that are marked with a shipping time of 2-5 business days are just in the inflow to us or are in stock at the manufacturer ready to be called. The time from order to shipment is usually 48h, exceptions possible.

Soon available again

Items marked with "soon available again" are currently not orderable. As a rule, you will be shown an availability date for these products in the store and, if possible, items can be pre-ordered.
