The Offgridtec MPPT Pro-Duo (MPN 1-01-011200) is an innovative high-end solar controller that was essentially designed for mobile applications. A variety of different board battery types can be charged via the primary charging output (BATT-1). The battery spectrum ranges from AGM, GEL and liquid lead acid to state-of-the-art LiFePO4 and Li-NiCoMn battery systems. Intelligent energy saver
If there is no manual operation for an extended period of time and charging conditions are not present, the MPPT-Pro Duo will switch to energy saving mode, reducing the unit's energy consumption to a minimum. This behaviour also reduces wear and tear on the unit, which is reflected in a significantly longer service life. The system parameters are displayed and set directly via the intuitive control panel on the controller or via the MT11 remote control (accessory).
System communication and protection functions

The connection kit included in the scope of delivery offers everything needed for a quick start-up of the mobile solar set. Each fsp-2 has a 6.0m connection cable, which is equipped with a high-quality Anderson connector at the end. Matching to this, a second 0.5m connection cable is included, which is screwed directly to the solar input of the charge controller, and is also equipped with an Anderson connector on the other side. So you can quickly connect or disconnect the controller at any time via the Anderson connectors without having to unscrew the cables from the charge controller.
For the connection of the charge controller to your battery, a 1 meter long plug & play connection cable is also included. The VOTRONIC StandBy-Charger is used to automatically recharge and maintain the charge of the starter battery or the auxiliary battery when the mains charger,
the solar charge controller or the generator has only one charge output. The device can be easily retrofitted by simply connecting it between the on-board battery and the starter battery or the on-board battery and the auxiliary battery,
without having to change the existing wiring.
With the standby charger you can turn your charge controller into a dual charge controller in no time at all !
If, for example, the mains charger is in operation and charging the on-board battery, the second battery (start battery or additional battery) is also charged with a small part of the charging current, depending on the state of charge.

Die Installation des Photovoltaischen Heizstabs von fothermo ist kinderleicht. Der Photovoltaikheizstab wird einfach in den handelsüblichen 1,5"-Flansch deines vorhandenen Warmwasserspeichers eingeschraubt und die PV-Module durch einfache Plug-and-Play-MC4-Verbindungen in Parallelschaltung angeschlossen. Der Heizvorgangn beginnt dann sofort und da auf komplizierte Verkabelungen verzichtet wurde und das Spannungsniveau unter 50 V liegt, wird für die Installation auch kein Elektriker benötigt. Die Heizstäbe sind darüber hinaus auch problemlos mit dem fothermo Umschaltgerät (MPN: SWD-1600) kombinierbar. Das Wasser im Boiler wird dann vorrangig von oben nach unten erwärmt, und überschüssige Energie wird über den Mikro-PV-Wechselrichter am Umschaltgerät in das Hausnetz eingespeist.
Warmwasserversorgung durch Sonnenkraft
Besonders im Sommer kannst du durch die Nachrüstung auf ineffiziente Gas- oder Ölheizungen zur Warmwasserbereitung verzichten. Stattdessen genießt du deine umweltfreundliche Dusche, die von der Sonne erwärmt wird, und trägst zur Reduzierung von CO2-Emissionen bei. Dank des innovativen MPP-Trackers sicherst du dir zudem 50% höhere Erträge und holst auch bei schlechterem Wetter die maximalen Erträge aus deinen PV-Modulen. Der Heizstab ermöglicht den Anschluss von bis zu 2000 Wp Photovoltaikleistung, während die maximale Heizleistung bei 500 W liegt.
