Reliable protection against external influences

When heated, the heat-shrink tubing forms a uniform, tight seal around cables or connection points. This permanently insulates electrical contacts while protecting them from moisture, dust, UV radiation, and corrosion. The material used is flame-retardant, halogen-free, and free of PBB, PBBO, and PBBE. The lead content is less than 10 ppm, and the cadmium content is less than 5 ppm.

Easy to use

The shrinking process begins at a temperature of approximately 70 °C. A temperature of at least 100 °C is recommended for complete shrinkage. The heat-shrink tubing can be applied quickly and evenly using a heat gun or a suitable hot-air tool. It can be flexibly cut to the desired length prior to installation.
