Protection against moisture and mechanical stress

When heated, the heat-shrink tubing contracts evenly and securely encloses cables or connection points. This electrically insulates exposed areas while also protecting them from moisture, dust, UV radiation, and corrosion. The flame-retardant material is halogen-free and free of PBB, PBBO, and PBBE. The lead content is less than 10 ppm, and the cadmium content is less than 5 ppm.

Easy to Use

The shrinking process begins at temperatures as low as approximately 70 °C. A temperature of at least 100 °C is recommended for complete shrinkage. This allows the heat-shrink tubing to be applied quickly and easily using a heat gun or a suitable hot-air tool. Before use, the tubing can be flexibly cut to the desired length.
