For DIN rail mounting. Connects all 3 internal mains phases capacitively with each other, enabling transmission rates of up to 650 Mbit via the power grid for Internet or computer networking (depending on the condition of the power grid). If the signal is only fed into 1 phase, the phase coupler connects all 3 phases to each other, making them permeable to the powerline signal and making the Internet or computer signal available at all other sockets in the home network.
