Flexible conductor design for easy installation

The cable features fine-stranded copper conductors of conductor class 5. Thanks to this flexible conductor design, the cable is easier to install than rigid installation cables and is particularly suitable for applications involving regular movement or frequent connection and disconnection of devices. The conductors are rubber-insulated and color-coded in accordance with applicable standards. The four-conductor version also includes an integrated green-yellow protective conductor.

Robust outer jacket for demanding operating conditions

The outer jacket consists of an EM2 rubber compound in accordance with EN 50363-2-1. This material reliably protects the cable from mechanical stress while also offering good oil resistance. In addition, the cable is flame-retardant, thereby meeting the requirements for safe use in industrial and commercial environments. The permissible temperature range is from -25 °C to +60 °C (maximum conductor temperature). The minimum bending radius is four times the outer diameter.

Installation Notes

The H07RN-F is not intended for continuous operational movement, forced guidance, or use on cable drums under constant tensile stress. Likewise, tensile loads exceeding 15 N/mm² of conductor cross-section are not permitted. For fixed installations, the applicable installation regulations, particularly VDE 0100-520, must be observed.
