The LAPP ÖLFLEX® CLASSIC 110 3G2.5 BK (1119885) is an unshielded PVC connection and control cable designed for fixed installation and occasionally flexible applications involving moderate mechanical stress. It features three fine-stranded copper conductors with a cross-sectional area of 2.5 mm², including a protective ground conductor, and is rated for 300/500 V. The black, oil- and UV-resistant PVC outer jacket is suitable for applications in mechanical and plant engineering as well as in measurement, regulation, and control technology. The ÖLFLEX CLASSIC 110 is suitable as a connection and interconnecting cable for control systems in machine tools, production facilities, conveyor systems, and assembly lines. Additional applications include measurement and control technology. With an outer diameter of 8.1 mm, the cable can be installed in a compact manner.

3G2.5 with integrated ground wire

The designation 3G2.5 stands for three conductors, each with a cross-sectional area of 2.5 mm², including a green-yellow protective conductor. The other conductors are black and marked with white numbers. Class 5 fine-stranded copper conductors allow for both fixed installation and occasional flexible applications.

Oil- and UV-resistant PVC outer jacket

The black PVC outer jacket is oil- and UV-resistant and, at room temperature, largely resistant to acids, alkalis, and certain oils. For fixed installation, the specified temperature range is -40 to +80 °C; for occasional movement, it is -15 to +70 °C. Within the defined operating conditions, the cable can also be used in drag chains and for torsional applications.
