The Lapp ÖLFLEX CLASSIC 110 4G1.5 (MPN: 1119304) is a flexible connection and control cable with four conductors, including a protective conductor, each with a cross-sectional area of 1.5 mm². With a rated voltage of 300/500 V, it is suitable for wiring internal machine and cross-system control circuits, as well as for fixed installation and occasional movement without tensile stress. The combination of fine-stranded copper conductors and PVC insulation allows for use in a variety of industrial applications.

The ÖLFLEX CLASSIC 110 series is designed for a wide range of wiring tasks in industrial environments. Typical applications include machine tools, mechanical and plant engineering, conveyor systems, and assembly lines. The cable can also be used for measurement and control technology in computer systems. The 1119304 variant features four conductors, each with a cross-sectional area of 1.5 mm². The designation 4G1.5 indicates that it includes a green-yellow protective conductor. The remaining black conductors are identified by numbers. Thanks to its fine-stranded conductor construction, the cable can be used for both permanent installations and applications involving occasional movement without tensile stress.
Specified Bending Radii for Different Installation Methods
Depending on the application, there are different minimum bend radii. For fixed installation, this is four times the outer diameter. With an outer diameter of 7.2 mm, this results in a minimum bend radius of 28.8 mm for the 4G1.5 version. For installations subject to occasional movement, a minimum of ten times the outer diameter—or 72 mm—must be maintained. For continuous dynamic movement, the product-specific documentation specifies a minimum bend radius of 15 times the outer diameter—or 108 mm.
PVC Cable Construction with Oil and Chemical Resistance
The conductors consist of fine-stranded, bare copper strands of conductor class 5 according to IEC 60228. Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) is used as the base material for the conductor insulation and outer jacket. The conductors are stranded in layers and enclosed by a gray, round outer jacket. For industrial applications, the cable is, among other things, oil-resistant in accordance with EN 50290-2-22 TM54, chemically resistant, and flame-retardant. Additionally, it has been tested and proven to be resistant to ECOLAB disinfectants and cleaning agents. Please note that the cable is not UV-resistant and is not halogen-free. These properties must be taken into account, particularly when selecting the cable for outdoor use or applications with special fire safety requirements.
