BIG Series systems with a 130W mono solar cell. The BIG-L/130/122Ah/12V solar system produces an average of 520 watt-hours in the summer. The included Offgridtec AGM battery can store a total of approximately 732Wh at a 50% discharge rate, which is sufficient for a wide range of applications
Details on Energy Production and Storage
This system generates a daily output of approximately 520 watt-hours for you in the summer. In the winter, it still averages 40–100 watt-hours. The reference location for this calculation was Hamburg; the further south the system is located, the higher the output can be estimated. On sunny days, the daily yield is, of course, well above average.
The included Steca PR 3030 charge controller meets even the highest standards and easily allows you to expand your system to up to 4 x 135W of module power. This ensures you can generate sufficient electricity even during the winter months. Charge controllers from the Steca PR series offer a wide range of functions and feature an LCD display showing key statistics and configuration options. German instructions are included, but our technical customer service team will be happy to assist you if needed.

What can I power with this system?
The energy supplied is easily sufficient for small loads such as laptops, smartphones, 12V TVs, or simply lighting. The system can also power several such loads simultaneously for hours at a time.
Tip: Create a load profile for your devices to ensure that this system’s daily output is sufficient for your project. We’d be happy to assist you in creating a load profile.
