Function and Application

The connection cable establishes the electrical connection between the solar module and the solar charge controller. On the module side, the connection is made directly via the widely used MC4 connectors. The opposite end is fitted with wire end ferrules and can be connected to solar charge controllers with a suitable terminal that accommodates at least 6 mm². This eliminates the need for additional connectors or cable lugs. With a length of 15 meters, the cable is particularly suitable for installations where the solar module and charge controller must be mounted at a distance from one another, such as on RVs, garden sheds, boats, or stationary off-grid solar systems.
