Display Modes

TDS PPM (Total Dissolved Solids in Parts Per Million): This value indicates the total concentration of dissolved substances in the water in parts per million. It represents the sum of all mineral and organic substances dissolved in a liquid. A value that is too high may indicate that the water contains many impurities. For drinking water, TDS values below 600 ppm are acceptable; anything above that can affect the quality and taste. For industrial use, values above 500 ppm are considered potentially problematic.
EC µS/CM (Electric Conductivity in microsiemens per centimeter): The EC value measures the electrical conductivity of the water. It is directly proportional to the concentration of ions dissolved in the water. The higher the EC value, the more ions are present, which indicates a higher level of contamination. As a result, in the industrial sector, deposits or corrosion can more easily form on technical equipment or solar panels. Your drinking water should range between 50 and 500 µS/CM . In industry, values above 1000 µS/CM are considered the threshold.
°F and °C: You can measure water temperature in two different units: °Celsius and °Fahrenheit.
