Victron Orion-Tr 48/12-20 240W DC-DC isolated voltage converter
The Orion-TR 48/12-20 from Victron Energy (MPN ORI481224110) is a galvanically isolated DC-DC voltage converter that provides regulated DC voltage for trouble-free operation of your DC consumers. The compact Orion-TR DC-DC voltage converter converts the DC input voltage (40-70V) into a regulated 12V output voltage (10-15V) and delivers a constant continuous current of 20A, which corresponds to a power of 240W.
Thanks to the Orion-Tr 48/12-20, you can supply any 12V consumer with exactly the right voltage. The correct voltage is also guaranteed with longer cables, as the Orion can adjust the voltage to compensate for any cable losses. For many sensitive electronic devices, maintaining the exact operating voltage is essential for smooth operation. Furthermore, the Orion-Tr 48/12-20 can be connected in parallel with identical devices and has a remote-controlled on/off switch.

The remote-controlled on/off connection eliminates the need for a high-current switch in the input cabling. The remote-controlled on/off connection can be controlled with a power-saving switch or the motor's run/stop switch (see manual).
