The Offgridtec 2.7kW solar system with 300l Fothermo boiler (MPN 018920) offers a comprehensive solution for your hot water supply. It includes 6 bifacial solar modules from Luxen Solar, each with an output of 450Wp, as well as all the cables required to ensure smooth installation. The photovoltaic stand-alone boiler has an integrated heat exchanger for environmentally friendly hot water supply and can be seamlessly connected to existing heating systems.
You can use hot water in the sink, shower, or kitchen without having to connect to the power grid. Thanks to the plug-and-play principle, you can install the solar system yourself in just a few simple steps.

Fothermo photovoltaic water boiler 300 liters - water heater
The Fothermo 300L water boiler uses solar energy to provide cost-effective and environmentally friendly hot water. With three independently operating photovoltaic heating rods, it delivers hot water quickly and reliably. The 3 MPP trackers and DC heating rods provide a photovoltaic heating output of up to 1,800W.
Flexible inlets and outlets allow for individual installation, including the option of connecting a circulation pipe. The boiler is supplied with pressure relief and check valves. The floor-standing boiler can use up to a total of 6000Wp of photovoltaic power. An existing heating system can be connected directly to the heat exchanger integrated in the boiler to ensure that sufficient hot water is available even on days with little sunshine.

Reheating
The boiler can be reheated in various ways if there is insufficient sunlight. One option is to use an existing pellet, gas, or oil heater, which is connected via the integrated heat exchanger in the boiler. A temperature sensor in the boiler controls the reheating. Alternatively, an electric heating element with a 6/4 inch thread can be installed. The maximum water temperature is 65°C, and a heated 300-liter boiler can draw approximately 675 liters of water at 34°C.

The bifacial 450W Full Black solar module from the Luxneri N5 series by Luxen Solar (MPN LNDX-450ND) sets new standards in solar technology.
