What is a Solar Off-Grid System?
Off-grid systems are autonomous and independent systems for power supply. They operate without a connection to a public power grid and can be used as both permanently installed and mobile solutions. They are particularly useful in areas where there is no access to a national power grid. Examples include livestock fencing, toll control points in remote regions, or parking ticket machines.
Advantages of Off-Grid Operation
The term "off-grid operation" refers to a power supply system that works independently of a public power grid and generates and utilizes its own electricity.
Although there is a dense and reliable power grid in most European countries, off-grid systems are increasingly being used for technical devices with low power consumption. The use of photovoltaic off-grid systems allows for sustainable and independent power supply. They are the ideal solution for use in remote areas or for specific applications that do not require a continuous power supply.

To ensure a constant frequency of 50 or 60 Hertz for devices that rely on grid-powered alternating current, off-grid systems require the following components:
