The Hoymiles HMS-500W-1T microinverter has been specifically designed for mini solar systems installed in open spaces such as balconies. With an output power of 500W, it is suitable for solar modules ranging from 400 to 670+ watts. Just like all other Hoymiles microinverters, it is suitable for long operating hours and a wide range of PV module applications, as its start-up voltage is very low (min. 22V) and the DC input range of the operating voltage (16-60V) is extremely wide.
The integrated WiFi module enables convenient real-time system monitoring via Direct Connection or remote control via the S-Miles Cloud platform.

Integrated Wi-Fi
The HMS-500W-1T inverter from Hoymiles features an integrated industrial-grade Wi-Fi module, ensuring high reliability. With this integrated Wi-Fi, it is possible to monitor the inverter without additional accessories. Users can either use a direct connection for real-time monitoring or remotely control the inverter using the S-Miles Cloud platform. This enables convenient and efficient system monitoring for optimal performance of the mini solar system.
Easy Installation
PV systems with Hoymiles microinverters are very easy to plan. Each microinverter can be quickly mounted on the PV mounting rack or directly beneath the PV module. The solar module is connected directly to the microinverter on-site, thereby eliminating the risk of people being exposed to dangerously high DC voltage.
Optimal reliability
Micro-inverter systems are inherently more reliable than conventional inverters. The decentralized design of a micro-inverter system ensures that a malfunction does not cause the entire PV system to fail. Hoymiles micro-inverters are designed for full-power operation at ambient temperatures of up to +65°C (150°F). The micro-inverter’s housing is designed for outdoor installation and meets IP67 protection standards.
