AGM technology for cyclic applications

In AGM technology, the electrolyte is bound within a glass fiber mat. This makes the battery sealed, maintenance-free, and suitable for applications with high discharge currents. The low internal resistance is particularly beneficial for operation with inverters and other high-power DC loads. The battery is designed for repeated charging and discharging cycles, with the number of possible cycles increasing as the depth of discharge decreases.

Low self-discharge and compact integration

Due to its low self-discharge rate, the battery is also suitable for systems that are not in use for periods of time. For extended periods of inactivity, appropriate storage and charging conditions should be maintained, as higher temperatures can accelerate self-discharge.
