Fothermo 300-liter photovoltaic boiler
The Fothermo 300L water boiler (MPN: PVB-300) generates cost-effective and environmentally friendly hot water using solar energy. This photovoltaic floor-standing boiler offers a CO2-free solution for hot water and can be easily connected to existing heating systems. The simple integration of the solar modules enables a reliable hot water supply in seconds. It impresses with no less than 3 independently operating photovoltaic heating rods. Each of these heating rods is individually supplied with energy by an MPP tracker. Each heating rod can absorb an impressive photovoltaic output of up to 2000Wp.

The boilers operate at a power of up to 1800W to heat the water. To ensure that you don't have to go without hot water even on cloudy days, a total photovoltaic output of up to 6kWp can be connected. If desired, there is also the option of additional heating via the existing heating system. Installation is straightforward, similar to conventional upright storage tanks. A vacuum and check valve are also included in the scope of delivery to ensure maximum safety.
No registration required: Since no electricity is fed directly into the grid, there is no obligation to register the photovoltaic system.
Heat exchanger: It is possible to connect an existing heating system in order to have the option of additional water heating on days with limited sunlight.
Easy installation: The photovoltaic modules are connected to the boiler. Due to the low voltage and the simple plug-and-play principle, no assistance from an electrician is required for installation. Energy is transferred via power cables, in contrast to complex solar thermal systems, which rely on piping.
Payback period: This is usually 3-5 years. After that, you can use your hot water free of charge.
