The heavy-duty version of the cable roof feed-through with one inlet in white. Made of sturdy ABS plastic and equipped with an IP68 screw connection. The feed-throughs are designed for use in mobile applications on cars, motorhomes, or boats. The ideal roof feed-through for medium mechanical stress (occasional access for maintenance or cleaning). Compared to the lightweight version, four times the amount of ABS plastic has been used here.
The roof feed-through is suitable for cables with an outer diameter of 3-12 mm. No information can be provided on the appropriate cable cross-section, as the thickness of the cable insulation can vary.
When the roof feed-through has been properly glued in place, it works in conjunction with the PEG screw connections to provide solid protection against moisture and dust ingress. The screw connections comply with protection class IP68 and are included in the scope of delivery.
We recommend the Dekalin MS-5 adhesive set as the adhesive . (Not included in the scope of delivery)
