Lightweight version of the cable roof gland with one inlet in black. Made of sturdy ABS plastic and equipped with an IP68 screw connection. The feed-throughs are designed for use in mobile applications on cars, motorhomes, or boats. The ideal feed-through for cables that are not subject to further mechanical stress and that never need to be accessed (for maintenance or cleaning, etc.).
The roof feed-through is suitable for cables with an outer diameter of 3-12 mm. No information can be provided on the appropriate cable cross-section, as the thickness of the cable insulation can vary.
When the roof feed-through has been properly glued in place, it works in conjunction with the PEG screw connections to provide solid protection against moisture and dust ingress. The screw connections comply with protection class IP68 and are included in the scope of delivery.
We recommend Sika 252 body adhesive as the adhesive. (Not included in the scope of delivery.)
