100W MobileBlack M Caravan Complete System

This complete system includes everything you need to charge your batteries on the go. The dual controller included in the set allows you to charge your onboard battery while simultaneously charging the starter battery, as it features a dedicated auxiliary charging output. The package includes comprehensive information material that explains the installation and connection step by step—this covers both the technical connection and the installation of the mounting spoilers and the roof feed-through. The roof feed-through is arguably one of the most critical points, as this is where the system enters the interior of the RV. The pass-through is made of the same material as the spoilers—the PEG screw connection meets protection class IP68 and is therefore completely watertight when installed correctly.

The Offgridtec® MPPT Pro Duo 30A Solar Charge Controller

The MPPT Pro Duo controller can handle a maximum charging current of 30A. This means that, theoretically, this system can be scaled up to just under 400W of solar panel power. In addition, the device features a auxiliary charging output that allows the starter battery to be charged in parallel with the onboard battery during extended periods of inactivity—a feature that is sure to be highly appreciated in a mobile home. To ensure truly optimal efficiency, the device also features an AES switching output—this allows refrigerators equipped with “AES” to automatically switch from gas to 12V operation when there is excess solar power.

The Professional Solar Mounting System

Our ABS corner plastic profiles for space-saving installation provide a sturdy mounting solution for solar modules with a maximum power output of 150 W. Larger modules should also be supported along the long sides using our 180 mm connecting profiles to prevent the module frame from sagging. This set is the Heavy Duty version. It is significantly sturdier than the Light Duty version, and the corners can also be climbed on if necessary.

For adhesive, we recommend Sika Body Adhesive 252 or Dekalin adhesive (not included); both types are available from us in black.
