The Victron Lynx Distributor (MPN LYN060102000) is a modular DC busbar with provisions for four DC fuses. It monitors the status of each fuse and indicates their respective conditions via an LED on the front panel. The Lynx Distributor contains a positive and a negative busbar and provides a connection for 4 individual DC circuits, loads, or DC groups. It provides space for individual DC fuses per DC group.

Fuse indicator LEDs
If you want to use the fuse indicator LEDs on the Lynx Distributor, you will also need to connect to a Lynx Shunt. The Lynx Shunt contains the necessary wide input power supply (8V - 70V DC) to output the required 5V (4.5V - 5.5V) power requirement of the Lynx Distributor circuit board. The RJ11 cable required for the connection is included in the scope of delivery. The Lynx Shunt has two ports, both of which can be used.
When fully functional, only the central LED lights up green. If a fuse has blown (or is missing), the central and fuse circuit LEDs light up red. If you are not using all connection points in your DC distribution, blind fuses may need to be installed to clear the red LEDs.
Fuses
The Lynx Distributor uses MEGA fuses. Please note that some MEGA fuses are only rated for 36V (suitable for 24V systems). For 48V systems, fuses with a rated voltage of 58/64V must be used.
