Sleep mode

The Hoots battery monitor is designed to use as little energy as possible from the car battery. Between WiFi transmission cycles, the device is permanently in sleep mode and can only be activated by vibrations on the vehicle/device.

Data transmission mode

The device automatically transmits battery data to the cloud (Wi-Fi connection required) at the set interval.
