Pylontech SC0500-100S-V2 control unit for H48050 Powercube X1 with 2 m cable set

The SC0500-100S-V2 from Pylontech acts as a central unit for monitoring and controlling the latest generation. The BMS is an important component of the Powercube X1 high-voltage battery system and enables seamless communication with compatible inverters. In addition to the BMS, a further 2-10 battery modules can be connected to complete the entire system, with each high-voltage battery having a capacity of 2.4 kWh. These are connected in series to form a battery tower with a maximum capacity of 24kWh using a control unit. If several towers are to be connected in parallel, one control unit is required per tower.

Pylontech's long-established communication protocol is directly supported by a wide range of inverters. The Powercube X1 control unit protects against:

• Deep discharge and overcharging
• overvoltage during charging
• excessive currents during charging and discharging
• over- and under-temperature
• Short circuits and reverse polarity

The Powercube X1 energy storage system

The Powercube X1 series from Pylontech is a latest-generation high-voltage battery system. The complete system is flexible in use and can be expanded as required. An energy system can be set up with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 10 battery modules. One BMS control unit is required per Powecube X1 tower for operation. Caution: The Powercube does not have a soft start circuit!

The Powercube battery system from Pylontech offers a high degree of flexibility thanks to its expandable configuration options, which range from 4.8kWh to 24kWh. Installation and expansion of the system is simple and straightforward thanks to its modular design and the use of cables.
