The Haier Energy Controller (MPN: HH3P-5K) is a 3-phase hybrid inverter with an output power of 5kW. It has 2 MPP trackers, operates with a maximum PV power of 8000W, and is the heart of the Smart Cube system. It seamlessly converts direct current (DC) from your PV modules into alternating current (AC). It can therefore absorb the electricity generated by your solar system and feed it into the power grid or store it in your batteries. Various modes with the Smart Cube
AI mode - By analyzing your consumption patterns and local electricity prices over a certain period of time, the integrated AI can develop customized electricity solutions for you. This allows you to maximize your savings.
Self-consumption mode - When the sun is shining, your PV system first supplies your devices. Surpluses are stored in the battery and fed into the grid. When there is not enough sun or in the evening hours, the batteries supply you with the electricity they have generated.
Full feed-in mode - During the day, excess electricity is stored when the PV system produces more energy than the inverter can process. At night and when there is little sun, the batteries supply the stored electricity so that the inverter delivers full power.
Time-controlled mode - Here you can set charging and discharging times in the Haier Smart Cube app. During the day, excess electricity is sold to the grid or stored. At night, when electricity prices are low, the batteries are charged from the grid to save costs.

Display options
The inverter can display many different messages via an LED status display. The controller lights up in different colors and flashes for each of the 5 symbols. This provides you with information about the energy storage, DC, signal, AC, and DC charger displays. You will find more detailed information in the user manual, which explains everything in detail.
Two MPP trackers for optimal solar yields
Maximum Power Point Tracker technology generates the best possible yield from your solar system. The MPPT determines the optimal ratio between irradiance, module temperature, and solar cell type throughout the day. The two trackers allow the optimal operating point for the two PV strings to be optimized separately. They work independently of each other, so that, for example, shading on one string would have no effect on the second.
