Offgridtec Backup Kit 3-phase 4.8kWh with Pylontech US2000C battery Victron MultiPlus II 48/3000

Offgridtec backup systems are ideal for emergency power supply or for expanding an existing solar system. In addition to lithium-ion batteries from Pylontech, the systems include a matching MultiPlus-II inverter and a Cerbo GX MK2 for system monitoring from Victron Energy. This allows you to ensure your energy supply even in the event of a power failure.

Thanks to the UPS function, the MultiPlus remains switched on even in the event of a mains failure and takes over the supply to the connected consumers. The switchover is so fast (in less than 20 milliseconds) that uninterrupted operation of computers and other electronic devices can be guaranteed.

Extended use of your backup system

To set up an ESS (Energy Storage System) with the backup system, you will need an energy meter with a connection cable:

• Victron VM-3P75CT Energy Meter 3-phase electricity meter 75A/phase
• 5m Victron RJ45 UTP cable

With this electricity meter, you can set up a grid-parallel installation and then monitor your energy consumption or control your energy costs.Thanks to phase compensation, you can even use the 3-phase meter for 1-phase systems. This makes seamless integration of decentralized energy sources and consumers into the existing power grid no problem at all.

In order for an ESS to be included in the preconfiguration, the meter must be purchased in advance or with the system!
