This affordable starter set contains everything you need to charge a battery with solar power and use it in a 12V network. The German charge controller, Steca Solsum 6.6F, also allows you to supply your 12V consumers with power and use a variety of practical functions. With this charge controller and the other components, you can implement a variety of small solar projects in an affordable way.
In addition to the module, charge controller, and cable, the set contains a variety of other small parts that are needed to make a proper
universal battery connection cable and module connection cable.
It also comes with assembly instructions with pictures that we wrote specifically for these sets. Detailed instructions in German are also included for the charge controller.
- The system can be expanded by 1x50W module. On request, we can also send a more powerful or different charge controller. Please ask us!

- 1 x 50Wp 12V monocrystalline solar module from Offgridtec
- 1 x Steca Solsum 6.6F 12V charge controller
- 1.5 m 6 mm² battery cable with flat fuse holder, 30 A fuse, and pole clamps
- Offgridtec branch sockets Y-plug (pair)
- Solar connector plug pair – socket + plug 4-6mm² type 4 PV-KBT4/6I
- Lapp & Ölflex Solar XLR-R 1X4 WH/BK cable
- 1 x assembly instructions in GERMAN with pictures
Information about the cables and small parts (connectors)
In addition to the module and charge controller, the set also contains all the plugs, cables, and small parts you need to make the connection cables for your solar system.
The following parts are included in the module connection cable:
- 15 m solar cable 4 mm², MC4 plug, 4 mm² wire end ferrules
The following parts are included in the battery connection cable:
- 2 x 1.5 m 6 mm² solar cable, 6 mm² wire end ferrules, M8 ring cable lugs, and battery terminals
