Offgridtec’s 3-phase backup systems are ideal for emergency power supply or for expanding an existing solar system. In addition to lithium-ion batteries from Pytes, the systems include compatible MultiPlus-II inverters and a Victron Energy Cerbo GX MK2 for system monitoring. This allows you to ensure your power supply even in the event of a power outage.

With Pytes batteries, depending on your selection, you have a storage capacity ranging from 61.44 kWh to 71.68 kWh, allowing you to use your energy efficiently and remain self-sufficient for longer when needed. Thanks to its extensive capacity, the system is perfectly suited for large solar installations. The MultiPlus’s UPS function ensures that power to connected loads is maintained even in the event of a grid failure. The switchover occurs so quickly (in less than 20 milliseconds) that uninterrupted operation of computers and other electronic devices is guaranteed.

Expanded use of your backup system

The backup kit is available with or without a Victron power meter and cable. However, a power meter is required to set up an energy storage system.

With this power meter, you can perform a grid-parallel installation and subsequently monitor your energy consumption and energy costs. Thanks to phase compensation, it is possible to use the 3-phase meter even in 1-phase systems. This enables seamless integration of decentralized energy sources and consumers into the existing power grid.

To ensure an ESS can be included in a pre-configuration, the meter must be purchased in advance or as part of the system!
