Which accessories are for what?
- VE.Direct Bluetooth Smart Dongle: Read and configure BlueSolar controllers via the app.
- VE.Direct Cable: Connect the controller to a Cerbo GX or another GX device.
- Wall Mount: Mount the MPPT Control or BMV display on the wall.
- VE.Direct TX Digital Output Cable: Dim lights or switch on/off a load.
- Display and MPPT Control: Read values directly on the controller or via a remote display.
- WireBox: Cover the terminal blocks and provide strain relief for the cables.
Integrating the controller into the system
Use a VE.Direct cable to connect your charge controller to a Cerbo GX for operation and system monitoring. You’ll then be able to view solar yield, battery status, and consumption on a single screen and remotely via the VRM portal.

Do I need the Bluetooth dongle for a SmartSolar controller?
No. SmartSolar controllers have built-in Bluetooth. You only need the dongle for BlueSolar controllers.
What cable do I need for the Cerbo GX?
A VE.Direct cable. Choose a length that reaches from the controller to the Cerbo GX without any tension.
What is the WireBox for?
The WireBox covers the terminal blocks and protects them from accidental contact. When mounted on a wall, it also provides additional support for the cables.
