Kemo m094n marten stopper defense marten deterrent
The Kemo m094n Marten Stopper produces strong, pulsating ultrasonic sounds that are perceived by martens and other rodents as very annoying and can therefore scare these animals away. Four small ultrasonic speakers are included with this "marten stopper" to provide good distribution of the ultrasonic sounds. Application: For driving martens out of the engine compartment of cars and trucks, where these animals eat the cables and other plastic parts! Or also for storerooms, cellars and attics!

Assembly instructions:
The ultrasonic module is connected according to the drawing. It can be operated with voltages from 12 v/dc to 15 v/dc DC (car or truck battery). Operation with a commercially available 12 v/dc plug-in power supply is also possible (current consumption at 12 v/dc <50mA). 1 to 5 piezo speakers can be connected. The cables to the speakers can be up to 50m long. Because ultrasonic sounds propagate in a very straight line, it is necessary to install one of the enclosed loudspeakers at each different location (so that there are no "shadows"). The speakers and the module should be installed protected from the weather (do not expose to direct moisture). When the module is put into operation, the built-in LED lights up. The frequency can be adjusted on the module with a small screwdriver. When the adjustment knob on the module is at about position 1, you will hear a high pitched tone. If the adjustment is now turned further to the right, the tone becomes higher and higher and then inaudible (ultrasound). Attention! The device must be protected with a fuse (approx. 0.2a). The fuse is not enclosed!¬¬
