A variety of different board battery types can be charged via the primary charging output (BATT-1). Intelligent energy saver
If there is no manual operation for an extended period of time and charging conditions are not present, the MPPT-Pro Duo will switch to energy saving mode, reducing the unit's energy consumption to a minimum. This behaviour also reduces wear and tear on the unit, which is reflected in a significantly longer service life. The system parameters are displayed and set directly via the intuitive control panel on the controller or via the MT11 remote control (accessory).
System communication and protection functions
The refrigerator's AES control signal is built into the controller, which delivers excess solar power to the refrigerator to prevent energy waste. The protection class of the MPPT Duo is IP33. It resists splashing water and is dust-tight. Note and accessories recommendation
If you plan to leave consumers permanently switched on at the voltage transformer, we recommend the use of an additional deep discharge protection. The voltage transformer switches off the connected consumer when undervoltage is reached - but not itself. In case of longer absence (e.g. over night) the battery can be deeply discharged by the self-consumption of the voltage converter and thus be irreparably damaged. In this case we recommend the use of a Victron Battery Protect battery protector. For the included voltage transformer the 100a version is sufficient. For the installation of the device between the voltage transformer and the battery, 1 short connection cable is needed.

Depending on availability, you will receive the Jinko or Canadian Solar module. both modules are perfectly matched to the set, as well as fully compatible with all supplied components. The Jinko Tiger N-type 60tr (mpn JKM370N-6TL3) with 370w and the Canadian Solar HiKu cs3l (mpn 014555) with 380w are equipped with monocrystalline cells and N-type technology. The solar cells use multi-busbar technology, with which the loss due to microcracks has been efficiently reduced, the current transmission path has been reduced by 50%, and the cell efficiency has been improved. The modules are manufactured with the Tiling Ribbon process and Hot 2.0 technology.
The Jinko Solarmodule is certified to withstand wind and snow loads of up to 2400 Pa and 5400 Pa respectively, as well as high salt and ammonia resistance. for Canadian Solar, the values are 3600 Pa and 5400 Pa respectively. the annealed front glass with high light transmission and low iron content has a thickness of 3.2mm and an anti-reflective coating. The Multiplus-II 48/3000/70-50 is a high-end device combination from victron Energy (mpn pmp482305010) that combines classic Multiplus components with an external current sensor and integrated anti-islanding function. This extends the PowerControl and Powerassist functions to 100 a and the potential range of use to ess applications, making this device virtually predestined for use in this system. Maximum flexibility thanks to two AC outputs
The main output ensures uninterrupted operation. In the event of a mains failure or an interruption in the shore/generator power, the MultiPlus-II takes over the supply of the connected consumers. Switching is so fast (less than 20 milliseconds) that uninterrupted operation of computers and other electronic equipment is guaranteed. The second output supplies power only when AC power is available at the input of the MultiPlus-II. loads that must not discharge the battery, such as a water heater, can be connected to this output.
