The Offgridtec MPPT Pro-Duo (MPN 1-01-011200) is an innovative high-end solar controller that was essentially designed for mobile applications. A variety of different board battery types can be charged via the primary charging output (BATT-1). The battery spectrum ranges from AGM, GEL and liquid lead acid to state-of-the-art LiFePO4 and Li-NiCoMn battery systems. Intelligent energy saver
If there is no manual operation for an extended period of time and charging conditions are not present, the MPPT-Pro Duo will switch to energy saving mode, reducing the unit's energy consumption to a minimum. This behaviour also reduces wear and tear on the unit, which is reflected in a significantly longer service life. The system parameters are displayed and set directly via the intuitive control panel on the controller or via the MT11 remote control (accessory).
System communication and protection functions

The connection kit included in the scope of delivery offers everything needed for a quick start-up of the mobile solar set. Each fsp-2 has a 6.0m connection cable, which is equipped with a high-quality Anderson connector at the end. Matching to this, a second 0.5m connection cable is included, which is screwed directly to the solar input of the charge controller, and is also equipped with an Anderson connector on the other side. So you can quickly connect or disconnect the controller at any time via the Anderson connectors without having to unscrew the cables from the charge controller.
For the connection of the charge controller to your battery, a 1 meter long plug & play connection cable is also included. lcd voltmeter s This digital voltmeter displays the voltage of the on-board battery and the starter battery. The voltages are displayed as exact numerical values. The additional bar display works in the range of 10.5 to 15 volts and thus displays the most interesting range of battery voltage from deep discharge to maximum charging voltage clearly and at a glance. When the device is installed, it is set once to 12v or 24v operation for this function. With 24v operation, the range then corresponds to 21.0 to 30.0 volts. A mixed operation of e.g. 24v starter circuit and 12v supply circuit is also possible, as this setting is made separately for the starter and on-board battery. The connection is made by screw terminals on the back of the device. In line with the votronic module system, the lcd voltmeter s fits in with the other display modules both visually and mechanically (uniform height 85 mm), and the low installation depth of only 22 mm allows it to be mounted in almost any position. If required, the display is backlit in white (switchable) and is very easy to read even from greater distances and in all lighting conditions.
